Requirements:
Signed Venue Rental Agreement; Event Insurance Policy; $1500 Security Damage Deposit (authorized credit card hold throughout reservation); Proof of licensed and insured vendors. No Open Flames:
This is a heavily wooded property, and there are to be no open flames, such as smoking, candles, fireworks, sparklers, grills, fire pits, etc
Photography:
When photography or videography services are acquired, we reserve the right to use original photos or videos or reproductions of such for display or promotional purposes.
Environment:
To protect wildlife and the forest, rice, confetti, and releasing of helium balloons are strictly prohibited.
Payment:
25% of the total venue rental reservation is due and required at the time of booking, and the full remaining balance of the total venue rental reservation is required 180 days before the original scheduled arrival date of the venue rental reservation.
Cancellation:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges which have been previously paid by the Guest (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee), will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 365 days prior to the arrival date of the venue rental reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges which have been previously paid (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the venue rental reservation. For cancellations made within 180 days prior to the arrival date of the venue rental reservation, no refund will be issued.

Peaceful Retreats gives back 10% of all revenue commission collected from reservations at Crest View ~ The Venue. Safe Harbor Animal Coalition is a volunteer-run, donor-funded animal welfare organization dedicated to the humane care of homeless and abandoned cats and dogs in Baldwin County, Alabama.
