Peaceful Retreats gives 10% of all revenue commission collected from this retreat to LifeLine, Inc. and Friends of Little River Canyon. LifeLine, Inc. is a nonprofit parachurch ministry organization that strives to provide support, education, and resources to families affected by disability. Friends of Little River Canyon promote the natural, cultural, scenic, and recreational resources of Little River Canyon National Preserve; to protect those resources; and to assure that they are available to the public and are also here for the appreciation and enjoyment of future generations

Welcome and thank you for staying in our treehouses! We purchased this retreat property with a mission to offer our guests a peaceful experience at Lookout Mountain. We are avid travelers who love to hike and enjoy soaking up God's creation through nature…we have a passion for studying herbs and native plants in Alabama, so preserving the native plants on this property is important to us for future generations to enjoy the walking trails as much as we do now. Our favorite hiking trails are at Little River Canyon National Preserve, and that's why we fell in love with this retreat property!!
