Rental Terms

During the booking process, guests are required to review and sign a vacation rental agreement and upload their government-issued photo ID.

Reservations require a security damage deposit (hold).

For pet-friendly retreat properties, pet fee(s) are required (2 dogs max - small to medium dogs only).

Exterior-only security cameras are located at retreat properties.

All retreat properties are non-smoking.

Payment Policy: 50% of reservation is due at time of booking.  Remaining 50% is collected automatically, via credit card processing, 30 days before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100% refund (less $59.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
